Compile a SkillSpec into SKILL.md markdown with YAML frontmatter.
Parameters
- spec: SkillSpec
- options: { basePath?: string; dialect?: HarnessDialect; specFile?: string } = {}
  - OptionalbasePath?: string
  - Optionaldialect?: HarnessDialect
    The harness dialect — selects the SKILL.md frontmatter profile. Omitting it defaults to the Claude Code profile, so existing callers are unchanged.
  - OptionalspecFile?: string
Returns CompileSkillResult
